I attended Stony Brook University, where I received a B.S. in Biological Sciences. I then enrolled into Brooklyn College, where I received a master's degree in public health. Upon completing my master's, I studied at New York College and earned my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. I am a holistic health practitioner who is certified by the health board, holding licenses in nutrition and health from Columbia and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.I currently work at seminars, where I present educational information for a number of companies. My teaching experience includes working for the department of education, where I taught sixth through eighth grade. I also have many years' experience privately tutoring individuals and small groups.I currently live in Roosevelt, New York and teach anatomy, biology, physiology, nutrition, public speaking, English, reading, writing, and grammar. I am also available to help students improve their marks on college essays. I find education to be an important tool used to better one's life and chances for success.In my free time, I like to read, travel, and exercise. I also like to learn about health and wellness.
