Education
I am a senior at Rowan University with a 3.67 GPA. I have an Associates Degree in the Arts from the County College of Morris. There I studied Education with a concentration in history. At Rowan I am a duel Major in History with a concentration in international studies and Secondary Education.
Experience
I have performed over 80 hours of student teaching hours in 7 different schools while working toward my BA and teacher certification. I have background in most historical topics, specializing in American and World history. My Praxis 2 score for History content knowledge was 158. I want to tutor because I want to teach. It is becoming more and more difficult to find teaching opportunities, especially for college students. I've wanted to teach since the 6th grade and can't imagine doing anything else. It may sound cliche but it's all I've ever wanted to do and history is my personal passion.
